On this spectacular site, with views to Byron Bay and Mount Warning, we designed a dual-occupancy to be used as two separate units clustered around a central pool which ensures maximum privacy for each. The project had a number of complications inherent in the site, including; access, bush fires, power and water services as well as strict environmental requirements which were all resolved in our Development Application to Byron Shire Council.
